Real cold has set in the last few days and all tribs are fishable as far as flows go. The ice and slush may be another problem but if you can find open water you should find fish. Sucker spawn and nymps have begun working well as water temps are low 30's. On right occasions streamers have really produced some vicious strikes and recently saved the day for us out on an eastern trib. Snow melt this weekend with temps close to 50 should really put a spike in stream levels. As I always say watch the gauges and check the sites. Inland trout are a bit tough as water has pretty muched iced over but if you know where to go it can be productive.
